Theo Sommer is a German newspaper editor and intellectual. He has been at Die Zeit since 1958, rising to Editor-in-Chief and Publisher. He is considered one of Germany's foremost authorities on international relations and strategic issues.

Shanice Craft is a German athlete who competes in the discus throw and shot put. She won three consecutive bronze medals in the discus throw at the 2014, 2016 and 2018 European Championships. In addition, she won multiple medals in various junior categories.

Ulrich Roth is a former West German handball player who competed in the 1984 Summer Olympics.

Steffen Fetzner is a male former table tennis player from Germany. From 1989 to 2000 he won several medals in doubles, and team events in the Table Tennis European Championships, in the World Table Tennis Championships, and in the Table Tennis World Cup. He also won a silver medal in the Olympic Games at Barcelona 1992.

Markus Deibler is a German swimmer who competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. In 2008 he finished in 40th place in the 200 m individual medley. In 2012 he was sixth in the 4 × 100 m freestyle and 4 × 100 m medley relays and eighth in the 200 m medley. He won three gold and two silver medals at the short-course European championships in 2010 and 2011.
