Heather Pamela McKay is a retired Australian squash player, who is considered by many to be the greatest female player in the history of the game, and possibly also Australia's greatest-ever sportswoman. She dominated the women's squash game in the 1960s and 1970s, winning 16 consecutive British Open titles from 1962 to 1977, and capturing the inaugural women's World Open title in 1976, while remaining undefeated during that period. She was also a top-level player of other sports, including field hockey and racquetball.

Matthew John Mitcham OAM is a retired Australian diver and trampolinist. As a diver, he was the 2008 Olympic champion in the 10 m platform, having received the highest single-dive score in Olympic history. This made him the first openly gay athlete to win an Olympic gold medal. He is also the first Australian male to win an Olympic gold medal in diving since Dick Eve at the 1924 Summer Olympics.

Gary Sutton is a cycling coach and a former professional racing cyclist. In 1980, Sutton became the amateur World Champion in the Points Race.

Gary Neiwand is an Australian retired track cyclist. He is a former world champion, who also won four Olympic medals during his career.

Vernon John Schuppan is a retired Australian motor racing driver. Schuppan drove in various categories, participating in Formula One, the Indianapolis 500 and most successfully in sports car racing.

Tahyna MacManus is an Australian actress, director, writer and producer. Tahyna starred in several television series and film blockbusters including X-Men Origins: Wolverine before moving to roles behind the lens focusing on directing and producing. Tahyna co-founded an all female led production company, Neon Jane Productions alongside producer Kelly Tomasich. In 2020 the duo launched The Australian Womens Film Festival, a short film festival celebrating women in film and honouring those who have made a significant contribution to the industry.

Lindsay Edward Fox is an Australian businessman. In 1956 Fox founded the Australian logistics company Linfox,where he currently serves as non-executive chairman.

Alan Stanley Jones, is an Australian former Formula One driver. He was the first driver to win a Formula One World Championship with the Williams team, becoming the 1980 World Drivers' Champion and the second Australian to do so following triple World Champion Sir Jack Brabham. He competed in a total of 117 Grands Prix, winning 12 and achieving 24 podium finishes. In 1978 Jones won the Can-Am championship driving a Lola.

Campbell Kevin Thomas Newman is a former Australian Liberal-National Party politician who served as the 38th premier of Queensland from 26 March 2012 to 14 February 2015. Newman served as the member for Ashgrove in the Legislative Assembly of Queensland between March 2012 and 31 January 2015. He was the leader of the LNP from 2 April 2011 to 7 February 2015, and was the 15th lord mayor of Brisbane from 27 March 2004 to 3 April 2011.

Richard Alan Bonynge is an Australian conductor and pianist. He is the widower of Australian dramatic coloratura soprano Dame Joan Sutherland. Bonynge conducted virtually all of Sutherland's operatic performances from 1962 until her retirement in 1990.
