Her self-titled EP G.E.M. made her debut in the Hong Kong music scene with the release in 2008. This was followed by the release of 2009's 18..., 2010's MySecret and 2012's Xposed, which won the Hong Kong Top Sales Music Award for the Best Sales Local Female Vocalist. Her 2nd-place finish in the 2014 edition of Chinese singing competition program I Am a Singer gained her immense fame and popularity in Greater China in addition to her native Hong Kong. In the same year, she won a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award for Favorite Asian Act. In 2015, she released the critically acclaimed Mandopop album Heartbeat, and was ranked 11th on the Forbes China Celebrity 100. In 2016, she became the only Asian artist featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30.She is the first female Chinese singer with 3 Music Videos which exceed 100 million views on Youtube and currently the most followed female Chinese singer on Spotify. The first Tongan ever to play in the National Football League (NFL), he played running back and kickoff returner in the league for eight seasons, from 1986 to 1993. He played college football for the Brigham Young University (BYU) Cougars, and was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the tenth round of the 1986 NFL Draft. He also played for the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles before retiring after the 1993 season. He has also been a television news reporter. Since retiring from the NFL, he served as Sports Director for WCAU, the NBC owned-and-operated station in Philadelphia from 1994 to 2020.

Younghoe Koo is a South Korean American football placekicker for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL). He began his professional career with the Los Angeles Chargers in 2017, but was released four weeks into the season after missing consecutive game-ending kicks. Following a year away from football, Koo played for the Atlanta Legends of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) where he scored the first points in league history and converted all of his kicks until the AAF indefinitely suspended operations. This success led to Koo's NFL return with the Falcons the same year. Koo is known for his ability to successfully execute onside kicks, a reputation he developed as a member of the Falcons, and received Pro Bowl honors in 2020.

Keith Maurice Ellison is an American politician and lawyer serving as the 30th Attorney General of Minnesota. A member of the Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), Ellison was the U.S. Representative for Minnesota's 5th congressional district from 2007 to 2019. He also served as the titular Deputy Chair of the Democratic National Committee from 2017 to 2018. In Congress, Ellison was a vice-chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and a Chief Deputy Whip. He also sat on the House Committee on Financial Services. Ellison was the first Muslim to be elected to Congress and the first African American representative from Minnesota.

As a speechwriter, he worked for President Barack Obama as well as for Hillary Clinton when she was a United States Senator and a 2008 presidential candidate. Lovett also co-created the NBC sitcom 1600 Penn, and was a writer and producer on the third season of HBO's The Newsroom.
