Ryōsuke Hashiguchi is a Japanese film director particularly known for projects concerning LGBT community issues. He won the award for Best Director at the 24th Yokohama Film Festival for Hush! and at the 33rd Hochi Film Award for All Around Us.

George Edward Entwistle was Director-General of the BBC during 2012, succeeding Mark Thompson. After a career in magazine journalism, he joined BBC Television in 1989, becoming a producer with a primary focus in factual and political programmes. He rose to become the director of BBC Vision, and became the Director-General of the BBC on 17 September 2012.

Abdullah Al-Barghash is a member of the Kuwaiti National Assembly from the fifth district. Born in 1962, Al-Barghash studied Customs Affairs and worked in the Customs Department before being elected to the National Assembly in 2008. While political parties are technically illegal in Kuwait, Al-Barghash affiliates with the Islamist and Salafi deputies. He is a member of the Ajman tribe.
