Jerome "Jay" Apt III, Ph.D. is an American astronaut and professor at Carnegie Mellon University. Before he became an astronaut, Apt was a physicist who worked on the Pioneer Venus 1978 space probe project, and used visible light and infrared techniques to study the planets and moons of the solar system from ground-based observatories.

David Allen Zubik is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church who serves as the twelfth and current bishop of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Bishop Zubik previously served as the bishop of the Diocese of Green Bay from 2003 to 2007.

Timothy John Pearson Renwick is an English guitarist. He is best known for his association with Al Stewart in his early career and for his long-standing role as lead guitarist for the Sutherland Brothers & Quiver. His single "Dark Island" peaked at number 80 in Australia in 1980.

Francisco Robles Ortega is a Mexican prelate of the Catholic Church, a cardinal since 2007. He is the Archbishop of Guadalajara. Cardinal Robles had previously served as archbishop of Monterrey from 2003 to 2011. He is also, as of November 2012, the incoming president-elect of the Roman Catholic Mexican Episcopal (Bishops') Conference, to replace the outgoing president, Archbishop Carlos Aguiar Retes, the Metropolitan Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Tlalnepantla.
