John Kerr
John Foxton Ross Kerr is an Australian pathologist. He was the first to describe the ultrastructural changes in apoptosis, and could show that they differ significantly from the changes that occur in necrosis, another form of programmed cell death. For the first time, he placed the roles of cell death in normal adult mammals, and in disease, into scientific focus.
Joseph Groussard
Joseph Groussard is a former French professional road bicycle racer. Groussard was professional from 1954 to 1968. He rode 9 editions of the Tour de France where he won one stage in the 1959 Tour de France and wore the yellow jersey as leader of the general classification for one day in 1960 Tour de France. Other victories include two wins in Paris–Camembert, stage wins in Paris–Nice, wins in Critérium International and Four Days of Dunkirk and the 1963 edition of Milan–San Remo. In 1965, Groussard became the Lanterne rouge in the 1965 Tour de France.

Heng Samrin is a Cambodian politician who serves as the President of the National Assembly of Cambodia. Between 1979 and 1992, he was the de facto leader of the Hanoi-backed People's Republic of Kampuchea (1979–1989) and State of Cambodia (1989–1992) and General Secretary of the Kampuchean People's Revolutionary Party from 1981 to 1991. He has been a member of Parliament since 1993. At age 86 years, he is Cambodia's oldest parliamentarian. His honorary title is "Samdech Akeak Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin".
