Yahya Hammuda
Yahya Hamoudeh was the Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) Executive Committee from 24 December 1967 to 2 February 1969, following the resignation of Ahmad Shukeiri. He was succeeded by Yasser Arafat.
Rashad al-Shawa
Rashad al-Shawwa was the Palestinian mayor of Gaza for eleven years from 1971 to 1982. Before becoming mayor he was an outgoing local activist in the city. He was known by Israelis and Palestinians as the pro-Jordanian "father figure" of the Gaza Strip. He is the father of artist Laila Shawwa.
Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana
Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana, was born in Natal, North Sumatra. His family came from Minangkabau who migrated there in the 19th century. He was a founder and editor of Poedjangga Baroe. He became one of Indonesian literature's guiding lights in its formative years, particularly in the time around independence. Sutan Takdir believed that Indonesia could learn from the values of western civilization and remained a great exponent of modernism throughout his life. A Renaissance man himself – the author of numerous books on a range of subjects – he was working on a novel at the time of his death in 1994. The famous novel, Layar Terkembang, showed him as a progressive author. He died in Jakarta on July 17, 1994.

Li Jingquan was a Chinese Hakka politician and the first Party Committee Secretary (governor) of Sichuan following the establishment of the People's Republic of China in 1949. He supported many of Mao Zedong's policies including the Great Leap Forward.
Takeyuki So
Count Sō Takeyuki was a Japanese aristocrat, academic and poet. He was a Count of the island Tsushima from 1923 to 1985. Takeyuki was the husband of Princess Deokhye, the last princess of the Korean Empire. He has served as a member of the House of Peers.

Leung is a former chairman of Chinese Artist Association of Hong Kong from 1965 to 1970. Leung was nicknamed "Por Suk" or "Uncle Por". Leung is credited with over 440 films. Leung has a star at Avenue of Stars in Hong Kong.
Wang Panyuan
Wang Panyuan was a Chinese-Taiwanese painter. In 2001 he received the National Arts Award of Taiwan. He painted well into his old age, with his last public appearance being in May 2015. Born in Jiangsu, he went to Taiwan in 1949 as a soldier. He died of multiple organ failure on 22 December 2017 in Yilan County, Taiwan.
