Marcelo "Marcelinho" Magalhães Machado is a former Brazilian professional basketball player. At a height of 2.01 m (6'7") tall, and a weight of 95 kg (210 lbs.), he played at the shooting guard and small forward positions, with small forward being his main position. He spent most of his career playing with Flamengo in Brazil's top-tier level NBB league, and he was also a long-time member of the senior men's Brazilian national basketball team.

Iziane "Izi" Castro Marques is a retired Brazilian professional basketball player. Castro Marques played for the Brazil women's national basketball team and played for the Miami Sol, Phoenix Mercury, Seattle Storm, Atlanta Dream, Washington Mystics and the Connecticut Sun of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). Castro Marques also played overseas in France, Brazil, Spain, Latvia, Turkey, Poland and Russia. Following her retirement, Castro Marques became the technical director of Sampaio Basquete of the Brazilian Women's Basketball League.

Şebnem Nehazat Kimyacıoğlu is a Turkish-American player in the Turkish Women's Basketball Team. She is an alumnus from Pinewood High School in California and graduated from Stanford before returning to Turkey. Şebnem's sister, Yasemin Kimyacıoğlu, is also a star basketball player still attending college at Santa Clara University.

Didier "D. J." Ilunga-Mbenga is a Belgian-Congolese retired professional basketball player. He has also played for the Belgian national basketball team as he is a dual citizen of both his native countries.

Berk İbrahim Uğurlu is a Turkish professional basketball player who plays for Tofaş of the Turkish Basketball Super League (BSL). Standing at 1.92 m, and weighing 87 kg (192 lbs.), he plays at the point guard position.
