Mamadi Diakite is a Guinean basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA), on a two-way contract with the Wisconsin Herd of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Virginia Cavaliers.

Tyrone Mears is an English former professional footballer who played as a right back. His clubs include Bolton Wanderers, Preston North End, West Ham United, Derby County, Olympique de Marseille, Burnley, Seattle Sounders, Atlanta United, Minnesota United, and West Bromwich Albion. From Stockport in the north west of England, Mears once played for the Jamaica national football team despite not being eligible to do so.

Søren Lerby is a Danish former football player, manager, and licensed agent. As a player, he spent most of his career in Dutch football, winning five Eredivisie championships with Ajax Amsterdam and two with PSV Eindhoven. With the latter club, he also won the 1988 European Cup. He won two Bundesliga titles with Bayern Munich, and played one season for AS Monaco in France. He played 67 matches for the Denmark national football team from 1978 to 1989, and represented Denmark at the 1986 FIFA World Cup and two European Championship tournaments. Currently, he is the agent of Napoli winger Dries Mertens.

Murray Hone Ball was a New Zealand cartoonist who became known for his Stanley the Palaeolithic Hero, Bruce the Barbarian, All the King's Comrades and the long-running Footrot Flats comic series. In the 2002 Queen's Birthday and Golden Jubilee Honours, Ball was appointed an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit, for services as a cartoonist.

Feyisa Lilesa is a long-distance runner from Ethiopia. A member of the Oromo people, he became the youngest man to run under 2:06 when he ran 2:05:23 in the men's marathon at the 2010 Rotterdam Marathon. He set his personal best of 2:04:52 in the marathon when he came in second place at the 2012 Chicago Marathon.

Judah Samet is a businessman, speaker, and Holocaust survivor. At the age of six, he and his family were taken from Debrecen, Hungary, to the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, where they spent eleven months. After the Second World War the family immigrated to Israel, where he subsequently served in the Israel Defense Forces and worked as a teacher. He later moved to Canada and then to the United States. In 2018, he was a witness to and survivor of the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting. He is a jeweler and speaker in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Derrick J. Rossi, is a Canadian stem cell biologist who is Associate Professor in the Stem Cell and Regenerative Biology Department at Harvard Medical School and Harvard University. He is a principal faculty member of the Harvard Stem Cell Institute and he is also an investigator at the Immune Disease Institute (IDI), and the Program in Cellular and Molecular Medicine at Children’s Hospital Boston.
