He is a former adjunct lecturer at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and currently Senior Fellow to the Future of Diplomacy Program. He has received numerous honors, including the Legion of Honor from the French Republic, the Urbino World Press Award from the Italian Republic, and a lifetime achievement award from the International Committee for Foreign Journalism.

Pastor Ammanuel Ghareeb, sometimes known as Ammanuel Benjamin Ghareeb, is a Kuwaiti pastor of the Kuwait Presbyterian Church and the chairman of the National Evangelical Church of Kuwait, a campus where nearly 100 Christian denominations gather for prayer. He is the first Gulf Arab to become head of a Protestant church.

Lucien Didier is a former Luxembourgian cyclist. He competed at the 1972 Summer Olympics and the 1976 Summer Olympics. He rode in ten Grand Tours between 1978 and 1984, including six Tours de France. In each of his Tour starts he completed the race and helped his team leader to overall victory - Bernard Hinault four times and Laurent Fignon twice. He was the son-in law of racing cyclist Bim Diederich and is the father of racing cyclist Laurent Didier.
