Ute Frevert is a German historian. She is a specialist in modern and contemporary German history, as well as social and gender history. In January 2008, she was appointed managing director of the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and director of the Institute's Center for History of Emotions in Berlin.

Wahidin Halim is an Indonesian politician who is the current Governor of Banten, having held that position since 2017. Before being elected to the office, Halim had spent two years as a legislator and ten years as the mayor of Tangerang.

Abdellatif Maazouz is a Moroccan politician of the Istiqlal Party. Between 2007 and 2012 he was Minister of Foreign Trade in the Cabinet of Abbas El Fassi. On 3 January 2012, he was appointed Delegate-Minister for Moroccans Living Abroad in the cabinet of Abdelilah Benkirane, he held this post until 9 July 2013, when his party members quit the government. On 22 September 2021, he was elected as the president of the Council of the Casablanca-Settat region.

Thray Sithu Nyan Tun is a Burmese politician who currently serves as a member of parliament in the House of Representatives for Zigon Township constituency. He previously served as 2nd Second Vice President of Myanmar from 15 August 2012 to 30 March 2016. He is a commander-in-chief of the Myanmar Navy with the rank of admiral, retired in 2012. He was elected as Second Vice President of Myanmar on 15 August 2012 following the resignation of Tin Aung Myint Oo.

Majalli Wahabi is an Israeli Druze politician who served as a member of the Knesset for Likud, Kadima and Hatnuah between 2003 and 2013. He briefly assumed the position of Acting President due to President Moshe Katzav's leave of absence and Interim President Dalia Itzik's trip abroad in February 2007, making him the first non-Jew and the first Druze to be Israel's acting head of state.
