Helen Sandy Pflueger is an American and Kama'aina equestrienne. She has competed successfully in both eventing and dressage, finishing second at the prestigious Badminton Horse Trials in 1981 and competing on the United States Dressage Team at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. She competed under the British flag at the World Equestrian Games in Rome 1998 and Aachen 2006 and the European Championships in Arnheim 1998.

Mark Peel was an American chef and restaurateur in California. Campanile, a restaurant owned by Peel and his former wife Nancy Silverton, won a James Beard Foundation Award in 2001. Peel specialized in California cuisine.

Sherman Smith is a former professional American football running back who played eight seasons for the Seattle Seahawks and San Diego Chargers between 1976 and 1983. He was also the running backs coach for the Seattle Seahawks, as well as the former offensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins.
