Mike Shildt is an American baseball manager for the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball. He was promoted as manager of the Cardinals AA affiliate, the Springfield Cardinals, in 2011. He joined the major league coaching staff in 2017 and became manager in 2018 after the dismissal of Mike Matheny. On July 15, 2018, he collected his first managerial win in a 6–4 victory over the Cincinnati Reds. On October 9, 2019, he led his team to a 13-1 victory over the Atlanta Braves to win the NLDS.

Edward Thomas McCaffrey, Jr. is an American football coach and former wide receiver who played in the National Football League (NFL) for thirteen seasons. McCaffrey played college football for Stanford University and earned first-team All-American honors. The New York Giants chose him in the third round of the 1991 NFL Draft. He also played for the San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos. He is currently the head coach of the Northern Colorado Bears football team.
