Nisith Pramanik
Nisith Pramanik is an Indian politician and a Union Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs from West Bengal. He was elected to the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from Cooch Behar, West Bengal in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party. He was also a member of All India Trinamool Congress (AITC) before joining the BJP in March 2019.
