She swam for Russia at the 2008 Olympics, the 2012 Olympics and the 2016 Olympics. At the 2012 Olympic Games, she won a silver medal in the 200 m backstroke.

Following graduation she has played professionally overseas for the Hørsholm 79ers, Bendigo Spirit, and in 2015 she made her national team debut as a member of the Chinese Taipei women's national basketball team.
