Ramsey Bethann Carpenter-Bearse is a convicted sex offender, and an American beauty pageant titleholder, and former teacher. She was named Miss Kentucky 2014 on July 12, 2014. She competed for the title of Miss America 2015, where she won the preliminary talent competition and placed in the Top 12 as a semi-finalist. Her platform issue was multiple sclerosis awareness.

In 2015, Jimin was a semi-finalist in the first season of Unpretty Rapstar. During the show, she released several successful collaboration singles, most notably "Good Start" and "Puss". Following allegation of bullying by former bandmate Kwon Mina, Shin left the group and entertainment industry in July 2020.
