Hussam bin Abdulmohsen ALANGARI

Hussam Abdulmohsen ALANGARI is the seventh President of the General Court of Audit (GCA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since his appointment by a Royal Decree on May 7, 2016 .He holds the positions of Second-Vice Chair of the Governing Board of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI), Chairman of the Policy, Finance and Administration (PFAC), and Co-Chair of the INTOSAI-Donor Steering Committee (IDSC). Dr. Alangari is also the representative of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institution (ARABOSAI) in the Governing Board of the INTOSAI and holds the position of Second Vice-Chairman of the Governing Board of the ARABOSAI. Dr. Alangari will be chairing the ARABOSAI for a three-year term starting in 2022. Furthermore, Dr. Alangari chairs the board of directors of the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors, based on a Royal Decree issued on November 2020.
