Francis Szpiner
Francis Szpiner is a French lawyer who currently serves as the mayor of the 16th arrondissement of Paris since 2020. During the Abdullah Öcalans appeal to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), he was the lawyer representing the Turkish Government.
