Dominga Ortiz Orzúa
Dominga Ortiz Orzúa was the wife of Venezuelan President José Antonio Páez and three-time First Lady of the republic. She was born in Canaguá, Barinas, Captaincy General of Venezuela in 1792 and died in Caracas, Venezuela in 1875.
