Monica Niculescu is a Romanian professional tennis player. She reached her career-high singles ranking of world No. 28 in February 2012, and has three singles titles to her credit on the WTA Tour since she turned pro in May 2002, the last one coming at the end of 2016, at the BGL Luxembourg Open. Although she was a steady top 30 player for several years and enjoyed relative success in singles, she is also a doubles specialist, where she achieved a career-high ranking of No. 11 in April 2018, after partnering with Grand Slam winner and Olympic medalist Andrea Sestini Hlaváčková at Indian Wells. Her biggest doubles result up to date is reaching her first Grand Slam doubles final at Wimbledon in 2017, alongside Chan Hao-ching. She was also runner-up at three Premier Mandatory events: the 2015 Wuhan Open, with fellow Romanian Irina-Camelia Begu, the 2016 Rogers Cup, with former world No. 1 Simona Halep, and the 2017 Cincinnati Open, partnering former world No. 1 in doubles, Hsieh Su-wei.

Catherine "Caty" McNally is an American tennis player. She is the 2018 French Open juniors doubles and 2018 French Open girls' singles runner-up and US Open junior doubles champion. She has won two doubles titles on the WTA Tour, as well as two singles titles and five doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. On September 9, 2019, she reached her best singles ranking of world No. 105. On March 9, 2020, she rewrote the record book and achieved her highest doubles ranking of world No. 38.

Donald Oliver Young Jr. is an American professional tennis player. As a junior he was ranked #1 in the world in 2005. As an adult, Young had a career-high ATP ranking of #38. His best performance in the Grand Slams was reaching the fourth round of the 2011 US Open, as well as the 2015 US Open.

Shuzo Matsuoka is a retired Japanese professional tennis player, sports commentator, and entertainer. A former Wimbledon quarter-finalist, Matsuoka won one singles title during his career, in Seoul in 1992. In the same year, he reached a career-high ranking of world No. 46.

Lisa Bonder, also known as Lisa Bonder-Kreiss or Lisa Bonder-Kerkorian, is a retired professional tennis player from the U.S. During her career she won four singles titles on the WTA circuit and reached a highest ranking of No. 9 in August 1984.

Elena Sergeyevna Vesnina is a Russian professional tennis player. She is a four-time Grand Slam champion in doubles competition, having won the 2013 French Open, 2014 US Open, and 2017 Wimbledon tournaments with Ekaterina Makarova, and the 2016 Australian Open mixed-doubles title with Bruno Soares. In June 2018, Vesnina was number one in women's doubles. Her career-high singles ranking is 13, achieved in March 2017.

Mary Joe Fernández Godsick is an American former professional tennis player, who reached a career-high ranking of world No. 4 in both singles and doubles. In singles, Fernández was the runner-up at the 1990 and 1992 Australian Opens, and the 1993 French Open, as well as winning a bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics. In doubles, she won the 1991 Australian Open with Patty Fendick and 1996 French Open with Lindsay Davenport, plus two Olympic gold medals.

James Spencer Courier is an American former world No. 1 professional tennis player. For 15 years, he has been a commentator on the Australian Open for the host broadcaster, the Seven Network, and now the Nine Network. He is also an analyst for Tennis Channel. During his career, he won four Grand Slam singles titles, two at the French Open and two at the Australian Open. He was the youngest man to reach the finals of all four Grand Slam singles tournaments, at the age of 22 years and 11 months. He also won five Masters 1000 series titles. Until Novak Djokovic in 2016, Courier was the last man to win the Australian and French Opens in the same calendar year.
