Andre Crawford is an American serial killer, rapist and necrophile who killed 11 women between 1993 and 1999 in Chicago. Many of the women were addicted to drugs or worked as prostitutes. He also had sex with their corpses. In December 2009, Crawford was found guilty on all counts and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole.

Hadj Mohammed Mesfewi (died June 13, 1906), called the "Marrakesh Arch-Killer", was a Moroccan serial killer who murdered at least 36 women.

Frederick Mors was an Austrian serial killer. Mors killed eight elderly patients by poison while employed in a nursing home in New York City. He was very cooperative, readily admitting to the murders when questioned by police. After being arrested, Mors was diagnosed as a megalomaniac and committed to an insane asylum. He later escaped.

Abdufatto Tashpulatovich Zamanov (born April 7, 1973), known as The Krasnoyarsk Chikatilo, is a Tajik-born Russian serial killer. Between June 2002 and November 2004, he killed 9 men and 5 women in Krasnoyarsk and its suburbs on the basis of personal hostility, also raping two girls aged between 12 and 16.

Abdullah Shah (1965–2004) was an Afghan serial killer found guilty in Kabul of killing more than 20 people, including his wife. His sanctioned execution was the first in Afghanistan since the fall of the Taliban in late 2001.

The Ryno-Skachevsky gang was a Russian racist group of young men seven of which in 2008 were convicted of beating and murdering people of ethnicities originated from Caucasus and Middle Asia. The band was headed by Artur Ryno and Pavel Skachevsky. In 2009 both of them were added to the list of individuals banned from entering the United Kingdom, in the group added to this list for the first time "for fostering extremism or hatred". The reason given was that he and Pavel Skachevsky were "Leaders of a violent gang that beat migrants and posted films of their attacks on the internet. Considered to be engaging in unacceptable behaviour by fomenting serious criminal activity and seeking to provoke others to serious criminal acts."

Anatoly Petrovich Sedykh (born April 20, 1963), known as the "Lipetsk Chikatilo", is a Russian serial killer.

Ravinder Kumar is a serial killer who embarked upon a 5-7 year raping and killing spree until his arrest on 19 July 2015. He targeted the children of poor families in Delhi, Mundka, Samaypur, Badli, Begampur and Vijay Vihar and confessed to killing more than 30. His victims were primarily aged 4-6 years old. Police were able to link him with 15 of his confessed crimes. His crimes commenced with the rape and murder of a labourer’s child from Samaypur Badli in 2008. Some media reports mention accomplices in some of Ravinder's crimes.

Lázaro Barbosa de Sousa was a Brazilian fugitive criminal, wanted for murder, rape, home invasion, and kidnapping.
