A professional since 2007, Tavares fought in local promotions before joining the UFC's The Ultimate Fighter 11 in 2010. As of January 25, 2021 he is 13 in the UFC middleweight rankings.

Craig Berube is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player. He is the head coach for the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL). Nicknamed "Chief", Berube played 17 seasons in the NHL for the Philadelphia Flyers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Calgary Flames, Washington Capitals and New York Islanders. Also, Berube was a national team scout hired by Doug Armstrong for team Canada's 2016 World Cup of hockey team. As an interim coach in 2019, Berube led the Blues to become the Stanley Cup champions.

In 2016, Bacon became the presenter of The National Geographic Channel's reboot of its documentary/panel discussion TV series, Explorer.

He trains with the American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Florida and has also competed in the Super Fight League in India, Jungle Fight in Brazil, and Dynamite!! 2010 in Japan. In addition to his mixed martial arts career he had a role in the 2010 film Never Back Down 2: The Beatdown. Duffee has also appeared on the front cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine.
