Maxamed Daahir Afrax Ph. D. is a Somali novelist, playwright, journalist and scholar.

Maxime Mora is a French badminton player. In 2004, he reach the men's singles quarter final at the Bulgarian International tournament. At the 2005 French Open, he also finished in the quarter final round. In 2008, he won the men's singles title at the French University Badminton Championship, and at the same year, he represented University of Paris XII competed at the World University Championships in Braga, Portugal.

Lee Choon-Jae is a South Korean serial killer who was convicted of killing his sister-in-law in 1994 and later confessed to killing 14 other people, including 10 people in the Hwaseong serial murders between 1986 and 1991. Lee was sentenced to life imprisonment with the possibility of parole after 20 years in the killing of his sister-in-law, but despite DNA evidence and his confession in 2019, he could not be prosecuted for the other murders because the statute of limitations had expired. He is currently still in prison serving his life sentence.
