Yun Il-lok is a South Korean professional footballer who plays for Montpellier HSC in the French Ligue 1. He has played for a number of youth-level teams representing South Korea, and in 2013 graduated to his country's senior men's side, winning the EAFF E-1 Football Championship in 2017 and 2019 as well as gold medal at the 2014 Asian Games.

Yun Mi-jin is an archer from South Korea who has won three Olympic gold medals and is a former world number one. She holds the Olympic record for a women's 18-arrow match, at 173 out of a possible 180. Yun set the record in Sydney, Australia at the 2000 Summer Olympics and matched it in 2004 in Athens, Greece.

Yun Guangzhong is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in north China's Inner Mongolia. He is of Mongol descent. As of June 2019 he was under investigation by China's top anti-corruption agency. Previously he served as party chief of the capital city Hohhot. Prior to that, he was vice-chairman of the Inner Mongolia between 2014 and 2017, party chief of Ordos City between 2011 and 2014, mayor of Ordos between 2008 and 2011, party chief of Manzhouli between 2006 and 2008, and mayor of Manzhouli between 2004 and 2006.

Yun Byung-se was the Foreign Affairs Minister of South Korea. His term ended 31 May 2017. From 2006 to 2008, Yun served as senior presidential secretary for foreign, security and unification policy.
