Saint Maurus, O.S.B., was the first disciple of Saint Benedict of Nursia (512–584). He is mentioned in Saint Gregory the Great's biography of the latter as the first oblate, offered to the monastery by his noble Roman parents as a young boy to be brought up in the monastic life.

Saint Sabina, matron and martyr from Rome. She was the widow of Senator Valentinus and daughter of Herod Metallarius. After her female slave Saint Serapia was denounced and beheaded, Sabina rescued her slave's remains and had them interred in the family mausoleum where she also expected to be buried. Denounced as well, Sabina was accused of being a Christian by Elpidio the Prefect and was thereupon martyred in the year 125 AD in the city of Vindena in the state of Umbria, Italy.

The first Saint Fulk was an English pilgrim who was beatified for his selfless assistance of plague victims even when this was a risk to himself. He was travelling to Rome sometime in the 12th century, when he stopped at Santopadre, or Castrofuli, in southern Italy, to help plague victims. He died of the plague, and was beatified and adopted as the patron saint of Castrofuli. His cult was approved in 1572, and his feast day is May 22.

Saint Eustace, also known as Eustachius or Eustathius in Latin, is revered as a Christian martyr. His hagiographical text Legend of St. Eustace was popular throughout Christendom of the Middle Ages, especially in the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries of France and was written in different languages such as Latin, Greek, French, English, and Anglo-Saxon. Major events occurring in the text were also popular amongst different forms art such as sculptures illuminate manuscripts, stained glass, enamel, ivory, and murals. Legend places him in the 2nd century AD. A martyr of that name is venerated as a saint in the Anglican Church. He is commemorated by the Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church on September 20. The Armenian Apostolic Church commemorates St. Eustace on October 1.

Saint Mederic or Medericus, also known in French as Saint Merri or Médéric, was a monk and a hermit, who is considered patron saint of the right bank of the river Seine in central Paris.

Saint Eskil was an Anglo-Saxon monk particularly venerated during the end of the 11th century in the province of Södermanland, Sweden. He was the founder of the first diocese of the lands surrounding Lake Mälaren, today the Diocese of Strängnäs. He is the patron saint of Södermanland and the Diocese of Strängnäs.

Saint Venera is venerated as a Christian martyr of the 2nd century. Little is known of this saint. The date of her death is traditionally given as July 26, 143 AD.

Saint Ermengol or Hermengaudius was the bishop of Urgell from 1010.

Saint Kilian, also spelled Killian, was an Irish missionary bishop and the Apostle of Franconia, where he began his labours towards the end of the 7th century. His feast day is 8 July.
