Oscar Azarcón Solís is a Philippine-born prelate of the Roman Catholic Church and current Bishop of Salt Lake City. Wester, was appointed as Archbishop of Santa Fe. He was formerly an auxiliary bishop for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
