He has been Minister for Equality in the First and Second Andrews Ministry since December 2014 and Minister for Health and Minister for Ambulance Services since September 2020. He was previously the Minister for Mental Health and Minister for Creative Industries prior to September 2020.

Martin Jones
Martin Jones is a Canadian ice hockey goaltender for the San Jose Sharks of the National Hockey League (NHL). A standout goaltender in junior with the Calgary Hitmen, Jones was named the Western Hockey League's goaltender of the year in 2009–10 and won a silver medal with Team Canada at the 2010 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.

Martin Mayhew
Martin Mayhew is an American football executive who is the general manager of the Washington Football Team of the National Football League (NFL). A former cornerback, Mayhew played college football at Florida State prior to being drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the tenth round of the 1988 NFL Draft. He sat out his rookie season due to a wrist injury and joined the Washington Redskins a year later, with whom he won Super Bowl XXVI with, and later played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before retiring following the 1996 season.

Martin Tyler is an English football commentator and assistant manager at Woking. He has worked as a commentator for Sky Sports since 1990, covering the Premier League and UEFA Champions League, as well as other domestic and international competitions. Tyler had previously commentated for ITV in the 1970s and 80s. He provided his voice to the football video game series FIFA from 2006 to 2019. In 2003, he was voted the FA Premier League Commentator of the Decade.
Martin Offiah
Martin Nwokocha Offiah MBE is an English former professional rugby league and rugby union footballer who played in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. Offiah was inducted into the Rugby League Hall of Fame in 2013. He scored over 500 tries during his rugby league career, making him the third highest try scorer of all time, and now features in a statue of great rugby league players outside Wembley Stadium.

On 20 December 2019, Michael Kretschmer appointed a new cabinet, with Dulig continuing his role as State Minister for Economy, which he has held since 13 November 2014, in the governments of Stanislaw Tillich III and Michael Kretschmer and he was appointed Second Deputy Minister of Saxony.
