Josep Irla i Bosch
Josep Irla i Bosch was a Catalan businessman and politician. He was a deputy in the Parliament of Catalonia and the Spanish Congress in 1932, as an Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya affiliate. He was also the last President of Parliament of Catalonia at the end of Republican Catalan resistance in the Spanish Civil War, before Francisco Franco abolished the Generalitat of Catalonia. He was elected President of the Parliament of Catalonia on 1 October 1938. In office, Irla pushed for cooperation with the allies, Basque nationalists and other anti-Francoist groups, though excluding the communists. He became the President-in-exile of the Generalitat after Lluís Companys was executed. During his time as President-in-exile, he established a Government in exile, and appointed Josep Tarradellas as Conseller en Cap. He resigned as President in 1954.

Josep Vendrell
Josep Vendrell was a former Spanish army colonel who served as the 26th president of FC Barcelona from 1943-1946. Under his presidency the club won the La Liga in the 1944-45 season and the Copa Eva Duarte in 1945. During his early years he served as a colonel in the Spanish army, fighting on Francisco Franco's side in the Spanish Civil War. According to FC Barcelona's website, Vendrell was appointed by the government for the presidency of the football club; "[a] post which they wanted to see held by people linked to Franco’s regime". Vendrell left the club on 20 September 1946, after three years.
Josep Pascó i Mensa
Josep Pascó i Mensa (1855–1910), was a painter, illustrator and designer from Catalonia, an autonomous community of Spain, mostly noted for book illustrations and theater set design. He was born in Sant Feliu de Llobregat in 1855 and died in Barcelona in 1910. He trained as a painter at the Escola de la Llotja with Simó Gómez and at the workshop of designer Josep Planella. He began his career as a mural painter but then switched to canvas, mostly landscapes. One of his most original paintings is that of the flag of the Cau Ferrat in Sitges.
