Ilya Petrovich Vorobiev is a Russian and German retired ice hockey player who is currently coaching the Russia men's national ice hockey team.

Ilya Rukober is a Russian professional wrestler, better known by his ring name Ilja Dragunov. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on the NXT UK brand and is the current NXT United Kingdom Champion in his first reign. Prior to signing with WWE, Dragunov competed on the European independent circuit and is also known for his time with Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), where he is a former one-time wXw Unified World Wrestling Champion, three-time wXw World Tag Team Champion and two-time wXw Shotgun Champion. Rukober is the first non-kayfabe Russian-born male wrestler to have ever competed in the WWE. He also was the first Russian-born champion in the company’s history.

Ilja Glebov is an Estonian former competitive pair skater. With former partner Maria Sergejeva, he is the 2007–09 Estonian national champion and competed at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. After they parted ways at the end of the 2009–10 season, he considered partnering with another skater but had army service. He is the elder brother of Estonian figure skater Jelena Glebova.

Ilja Seifert was a German politician. A member of the Party of Democratic Socialism and later The Left, he served in the Volkskammer from March to October 1990 and in the Bundestag from 1990 to 1994, 1998 to 2002, and again from 2005 to 2013.
