He Long
He Long was a Chinese Communist revolutionary and one of the ten marshals of the People's Liberation Army. He was from a poor rural family in Hunan, and his family was not able to provide him with any formal education. He began his revolutionary career after avenging the death of his uncle, when he fled to become an outlaw and attracted a small personal army around him. Later his forces joined the Kuomintang, and he participated in the Northern Expedition.
He Weifang
He Weifang was a professor at Peking University of China and an activist striving to reform the Chinese judicial system, who has argued that the Communist Party of China is an unregistered and therefore an illegal organization in China.

He Zhiwen, or Zhiwen He in Western name order, is a Chinese-born Spanish male table tennis player. In 2006 he was ranked #41 in the ITTF world ranking. Due to the difficulty of pronouncing his name in Spanish he has been given the nickname Juanito.

He Zhizhang, courtesy name Jizhen (季真), was a Chinese poet and scholar-official born in Yongxing, Yue Prefecture during the Tang Dynasty. He entered the civil service after achieving a jinshi degree in 695 during the reign of Empress Regnant Wu Zetian, and continued serving the court under three subsequent emperors Zhongzong, Ruizong, and Xuanzong, serving first in the Imperial Academy (guozijian), and then in the Ministry of Rites and Ministry of Works.

He Kexin is a Chinese former artistic gymnast who competed at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. At the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, she won gold medals on the uneven bars and as a member of the Chinese team. She was one of only a few gymnasts to score over 17.00 under the 2005–2008 Code of Points, and her 7.7 difficulty score on bars in 2008 was one of the highest in the world.

He Meitian is a Chinese actress and former gymnast. She was previously a contracted artist under the Hong Kong television network TVB. After her contract with TVB ended, she returned to mainland China and continued her career with the talent agency Feiteng (飞腾).
