Adán Augusto López Hernández is a Mexican politician affiliated with Morena. López Hernández served as the governor of Tabasco from 1 January 2019 to 26 August 2021, when he replaced Olga Sánchez Cordero as Secretary of the Interior.

Adan Canto is a Mexican-American actor and director. He is known for his role as Sunspot in the 2014 superhero film X-Men: Days of Future Past. On television, Canto played Paul Torres on the Fox drama series The Following, and in 2015 starred as AJ Menendez in the ABC prime time series Blood & Oil. Canto played real life politician Rodrigo Lara Bonilla in acclaimed Netflix drama series Narcos. He is also well known for his role as Aaron Shore in the Netflix political drama Designated Survivor starring alongside Kiefer Sutherland. Canto wrote and directed his first short film Before Tomorrow in 2014. He is also one of the starring characters on a romance film 2 hearts. His short film The Shot earned several festival awards for Best Narrative Short Film in 2020.

Adán Chávez Frías is a Venezuelan politician who was Governor of Barinas state from 2008 to 2017. Previously he was Ambassador to Cuba and then Minister of Education from 2007 to 2008. He is the elder brother of Hugo Chávez, who was President of Venezuela from 1999 to 2013, and of the Mayor of Sabaneta, Barinas, Anibal José Chávez Frías.
