Abdul Wahab Dalimunthe was an Indonesian bureaucrat and politician. He served as the Vice Governor of North Sumatra from 1997 until 2003, Speaker of the North Sumatra Regional People's Representative Council from 2004 until 2008, and MP from 2009 to 2014 and from 2017 until his death.

Abdul Qadir Bajamal was a Yemeni politician who served as Prime Minister from March 31, 2001 to April 7, 2007. He was a member of the General People's Congress party and was appointed as Prime Minister by President Ali Abdullah Saleh. Previously he served as Foreign Minister from 1998 to 2001.

Abdul Kahar Muzakkar was the leader of an Islamic movement in South Sulawesi from 1950 till his death in 1965. He led his group of men in a guerrilla warfare against the Indonesian central government, and was finally killed by the army in the jungle. He was also the leader of the South Sulawesi branch of the Darul Islam movement.

Abdul Karim Saleem Khasawneh is a Jordanian Muslim scholar who was Grand Mufti of Jordan between 23 February 2010 and 22 January 2017. Since then, he has been the chief Islamic justice.
