Sullivan Award and Dan Hodge Trophy winner, a three-time NCAA Division I National Champion and a two-time Big Ten Conference champion out of the University of Iowa. He was also the top-recruit as a high school wrestler at the time of his commitment. Lee is often considered as one of the most dominant athletes in college athletics.

He played college football at the University of Georgia. He is the brother of former NFL cornerback Champ Bailey.
