Said consulate would have a connection with the North American consulate in Malaga, also a pioneer, then located on a property owned by the American and Spanish Luis de Unzaga 'le Conciliateur' who was the first to respond to the founding fathers' requests for help from the USA like Patrick Henry, Robert Morris or George Washington.
