Philippe Duquesne is a French actor. He is best known for playing in the cult TV series Les Deschiens (1993–2002), in which he plays alongside Yolande Moreau.

Benoît Duquesne was a French journalist, television reporter and newscaster. He worked as presenter of the news magazine Complément d'enquête from 2007 until his death. He also was anchor of the Journal de 13 heures on France 2 from January to July 2005.

Abraham Duquesne, marquis du Bouchet was a French naval officer, who also saw service as an admiral in the Swedish navy. He was born in Dieppe, a seaport, in 1610, and was a Huguenot. He was the son of a naval officer and therefore became a sailor himself, spending his early years in merchant service.
