Isabelle Boulay, is a French Canadian singer.

Étienne Boulay is a former Canadian football safety. He most recently played for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League, with whom he won the 100th Grey Cup championship. He previously played for the Montreal Alouettes from 2006 to 2011 where he won two more Grey Cup championships. He was drafted 16th overall by the Alouettes in the 2006 CFL Draft. He played college football for the New Hampshire Wildcats.

François Jacques Houssemayne du Boulay was a British financier and a prominent Huguenot.

Major Arthur Houssemayne du Boulay was a British military officer and amateur cricketer. Born in Kent, he served in the Royal Engineers from 1897 and saw active service in the Second Boer War and First World War. He played first-class cricket for Kent County Cricket Club and Gloucestershire County Cricket Club and died in the 1918 flu pandemic whilst on active service in October 1918.
