Mohammed al-Qahtani
Mohammed Mana Ahmad al-Qahtani is a Saudi citizen who has been detained as an al-Qaeda agent for 19 years in the United States's Guantanamo Bay detention camps in Cuba. Qahtani allegedly tried to enter the United States to take part in the September 11 attacks as the 20th hijacker and was due to be onboard United Airlines Flight 93 along with the four other hijackers. He was refused entry due to suspicions that he was trying to illegally immigrate. He was later captured in Afghanistan in the battle of Tora Bora in December 2001.

Yasser Saeed Al-Qahtani is a former footballer from Saudi Arabia who played as a striker for Al-Hilal FC in the Saudi Professional League. He was also captain of the Saudi Arabian national team. He's widely recognized as one of the greatest Saudi Arabian footballer in the 2000s.

Sa'id bin Ali bin Wahf Al-Qahtani
Sa'id bin Ali bin Wahf Al-Qahtani (1952–2018) was a Saudi Arabian Muslim scholar and writer. Qahtani was born in the village of Al-Arin, 'Asir region, in 1952. He also served as the imam of mosque in Saudi Arabia. His authored about eighty books, the most famous of which is the book Hisnul Muslim. He was suffering from liver cancer and died on October 1, 2018 in Riyadh.

Abdulrahman Al-Qahtani
Abdulrahman Al Qahtani is a Saudi Arabian footballer. He currently plays as a winger for Nassr. He started his career with Ettifaq in 2001 and he played for the team until 2007 when he was loaned to Ittihad in an 8.5 million riyals deal, which was the most expensive locally. After that he returned to Ettifaq. After two years at Nassr, he had made a 17 million riyals deal for four years, but he gave a poor performance in comparison to his price. His most famous nicknames is "The Maestro" because of his way to move and play making. Al Qahtani has made several appearances for the Saudi Arabia national football team, including two qualifying matches for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Mohammad Fahad Muflih al-Qahtani is an economics professor and co-founder of the Saudi Arabian human rights organisation Saudi Civil and Political Rights Association (ACPRA) and, during 2011, its leader. Alkarama described al-Qahtani as "one of [the Saudi Arabian judiciary's] most eloquent and fervent critics". On 9 March 2013, al-Qahtani was sentenced to ten years in prison and ten years of travel ban after being convicted of several charges relating to his human rights activities.
