Muʼnis Razzāz
Mu'nis Razzaz (1951–2002) was a Jordanian writer and is considered one of the most prominent modernist Arab novelists. He is primarily known for 15 award winning stories, including "State Encouragement Prize for the novel", and "State Merit Award in Arts". His works focus on reflecting the situation of the Arabs; his wounds, fears, and pace of his life; and the repression that leads to the resignation of the mind and the pursuit of militants.
Mariya Bayda
Mariya Karpovna Bayda was a medical orderly in the 514th Infantry Regiment during World War II who fought in Crimea. When she was surrounded by Wehrmacht submachine gunners, she fought a heated gun battle against them, killing fifteen, wounding several more, and routing the rest, escaping wounded. For her wartime exploits, Bayda was awarded the honorary title of Hero of the Soviet Union in 1942.

Major General Miles Francis Stapleton Fitzalan-Howard, 17th Duke of Norfolk, was a British Army general and peer. He was the eldest son of Bernard Fitzalan-Howard, 3rd Baron Howard of Glossop, and his wife Mona Stapleton, 11th Baroness Beaumont. In 1975, he inherited the Dukedom of Norfolk from his second cousin once removed, making him the premier duke in the Peerage of England.
