Charles Algernon Parsons
The Honourable Sir Charles Algernon Parsons, was an Anglo-Irish engineer, best known for his invention of the compound steam turbine, and as the namesake of C. A. Parsons and Company. He worked as an engineer on dynamo and turbine design, and power generation, with great influence on the naval and electrical engineering fields. He also developed optical equipment, for searchlights and telescopes.
Kenneth James Muir MacKenzie
Kenneth James Muir MacKenzie was a British soldier, lawyer, and judge. After serving initially as Solicitor General of the East Africa Protectorate from 30 November 1919, he went on to serve as Attorney General of Fiji from 1922 to 1927. He acted in an interim capacity as Chief Justice of Fiji and Chief Judicial Commissioner for the Western Pacific from 1922 to 1923. He also served as a member of the Legislative Council of Fiji in 1927.

Lizzie Plummer Bliss, known as Lillie P. Bliss, was an American art collector and patron. At the beginning of the 20th century, she was one of the leading collectors of modern art in New York. One of the lenders to the landmark Armory Show in 1913, she also contributed to other exhibitions concerned with raising public awareness of modern art. In 1929, she played an essential role in the founding of the Museum of Modern Art. After her death, 150 works of art from her collection served as a foundation to the museum and formed the basis of the in-house collection. These included works by artists such as Paul Cézanne, Georges Seurat, Paul Gauguin, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso and Amedeo Modigliani.
