Terence Allan "Bud" Crawford is an American professional boxer. He has held multiple world championships in three weight classes, including the WBO welterweight title since 2018. Previously he held the WBO, Ring magazine and lineal lightweight titles from 2014 to 2015; and the unified WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, Ring and lineal light welterweight titles between 2015 and 2017.

Wladimir Wladimirowitsch Klitschko is a Ukrainian former professional boxer who competed from 1996 to 2017. He held the world heavyweight championship twice, including the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, IBO, and Ring magazine titles. A strategic and intelligent boxer, Klitschko is considered to be one of the best heavyweight champions of all time. He was known for his exceptional knockout power, using a strong jab, straight right hand and left hook, as well as great footwork and mobility, unusual for boxers of his size.

Gennady Gennadyevich Golovkin, often known by his nickname "GGG" or "Triple G", is a Kazakhstani professional boxer. He is a two time middleweight world champion, having held the IBF and IBO titles since 2019. He previously held the unified WBA (Super), WBC, IBF and IBO titles between 2014 and 2018 and was ranked as the world's best boxer, pound for pound, from September 2017 to September 2018 by The Ring magazine. As of January 2021, he is ranked as the world's seventh best active boxer, pound for pound, by the TBRB, eighth by BoxRec, and tenth by Boxing Writers Association of America, The Ring and ESPN. He is also ranked as the world's best active middleweight by BoxRec, The Ring, Transnational Boxing Rankings Board (TBRB) and second by ESPN.

Tonya Maxene Price is an American former figure skater, retired boxer, and reality television personality. Born in Portland, Oregon, Harding was raised primarily by her mother, who enrolled her in ice skating lessons beginning at four years old. Harding spent much of her early life training, eventually dropping out of high school to devote her time to the sport. After climbing the ranks in the U.S. Figure Skating Championships between 1986 and 1989, Harding won the 1989 Skate America competition. She had been the 1991 and 1994 U.S. champion before being stripped of her 1994 title, and 1991 World silver medalist. In 1991, she earned distinction as being the first American woman to successfully land a triple Axel in competition, and the second woman to do so in history. Harding is a two-time Olympian and a two-time Skate America Champion.

Shawn Christian Porter is an American professional boxer. He is a former two-time welterweight world champion, having held the IBF title from 2013 to 2014 and the WBC title from 2018 to September 2019. As of December 2020, he is ranked as the world's sixth best active welterweight by BoxRec, fourth by the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board and fifth by The Ring magazine. He is particularly known for his aggressive pressure fighting style, physical strength and high workrate.

Junior Ilunga Makabu is a Congolese professional boxer who has held the WBC cruiserweight title since January, and also challenged once for the same title in 2016. As of May 2020, he is ranked as the world's second best active cruiserweight by BoxRec, third by The Ring magazine and fourth by the Transnational Boxing Rankings Board. He is the older brother of heavyweight boxer Martin Bakole.

Israel Mobolaji Temitayo Odunayo Oluwafemi Owolabi Adesanya is a Nigerian-born New Zealand professional mixed martial artist, and retired kickboxer and boxer. As a mixed martial artist, he is currently signed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), representing his native Nigeria, where he is the UFC Middleweight Champion and has an undefeated record of 20 wins and no losses. In kickboxing, he is the former Glory middleweight contender winner and King in the Ring two-time cruiserweight and heavyweight champion. As of 29 September 2020, he is #3 in the UFC men's pound-for-pound rankings. Adesanya is widely regarded as one of the best strikers in the world of mixed martial arts.

Vasyl Anatoliyovych Lomachenko, more commonly referred to as Vasiliy Lomachenko, is a Ukrainian professional boxer. He is a former world champion in three weight classes, having held the WBO featherweight title from 2014 to 2015; the WBO junior lightweight title from 2016 to 2017; and the unified WBA (Super), WBC, WBO and Ring magazine lightweight titles between 2018 and 2020.

Emmanuel "Manny" Dapidran Pacquiao, CLH is a Filipino professional boxer and Senator of the Philippines. Nicknamed "PacMan", he is regarded as one of the greatest professional boxers of all time. He was elected as Senator of the Philippines in 2016 and is serving a six-year term.

Amir Iqbal Khan is a British professional boxer, promoter and philanthropist. He is a former unified light-welterweight world champion, having held the WBA title from 2009 to 2012, and the IBF title in 2011. At regional level, he held the Commonwealth lightweight title from 2007 to 2008. He also held the WBC Silver welterweight title from 2014 to 2016, and once challenged for the WBC and Ring magazine middleweight titles in 2016.
