Norman Reginald Warner, Baron Warner, PC is a British member of the House of Lords. A career civil servant from 1960, he was created a life peer in 1998. He was Parliamentary Under-Secretary in the Department of Health from 2003 to 2007, and a Minister of State at the Department of Health from 2005 to 2007. He has also been an adviser to a number of consulting companies. On 19 October 2015, Lord Warner resigned the Labour whip and became a Non-affiliated member of the House of Lords.

She was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in fiction in 2004 for her novel Evidence of Things Unseen.

François, duc de La Rochefoucauld
François XIII, duke of La Rochefoucauld was the heir and eldest son of François Alexandre Frédéric, duc de la Rochefoucauld-Liancourt. On 24 September 1793 he married Marie-Françoise de Tott (1770–1854) at The Hague. Their daughter, Fanny, was one of the mistresses of Anatoly Nikolaievich Demidov, 1st Prince of San Donato, and bore him an illegitimate child.
