Immanuel Bloch is a German experimental physicist. His research is focused on the investigation of quantum many-body systems using ultracold atomic and molecular quantum gases. Bloch is known for his work on ultracold atoms in artificial crystals of light, so called optical lattices and especially the first realization of a quantum phase transition from a weakly interacting superfluid to a strongly interacting Mott insulating state of matter.

Gian Paolo Dallara is an Italian businessman and motorsports engineer. He is the owner of Dallara Motorsports, a company that develops racing cars.

Daniel Shor is an American actor, director, writer, and teacher with a career spanning over 30 years. His most recognized roles include Enoch Emery in John Huston's Wise Blood, Ram in Tron (1982) and Billy the Kid in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989).

Eduard Antonovich Matusevich is a retired Soviet speed skater who won a gold, a bronze and a silver medal at the European championships in 1965, 1967 and 1968, respectively. He competed at the 1964 and 1968 Winter Olympics in the 1,500 m event and finished in sixth and eighth place, respectively. He was all-round national champion in 1964–1966 and 1966 and won five individual titles in 1963–1966.

Allison Anders is an American independent film director whose films include Gas Food Lodging, Mi Vida Loca and Grace of My Heart. Anders has collaborated with fellow UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television graduate Kurt Voss and has also worked as a television director. Anders' films have been shown at the Cannes International Film Festival and at the Sundance Film Festival. She has been awarded a MacArthur Genius Grant as well as a Peabody Award.
