Antonina Houbraken was an 18th-century Dutch draughtswoman who is known for her many topographical drawings of Dutch sites. She also drew landscapes. She is recorded as a skilled portraitist.

Makram Jamil Khoury is a Palestinian born Arab-Israeli actor, born 30 May 1945 in Jerusalem. He was the youngest artist and the first Arab to win the Israel Prize, the highest civic honor in Israel.

Harry Clement Stubbs, better known by the pen name Hal Clement, was an American science fiction writer and a leader of the hard science fiction subgenre. He also painted astronomically oriented artworks under the name George Richard.

Karl Wilhelm von Feuerbach was a German geometer and the son of legal scholar Paul Johann Anselm Ritter von Feuerbach, and the brother of philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach. After receiving his doctorate at age 22, he became a professor of mathematics at the Gymnasium at Erlangen. In 1822 he wrote a small book on mathematics noted mainly for a theorem on the nine-point circle, which is now known as Feuerbach's theorem. In 1827 he introduced homogeneous coordinates, independently of Möbius.

Count János Zichy de Zich et Vásonkeő was a Hungarian politician, who served as Minister of Religion and Education between 1910–1913 and in 1918. He was a member of the House of Magnates from 1894. He was the chairman of the Catholic People's Party for many years, but he resigned in 1903. He joined the Constitution Party in 1906. When the party collapsed, he became a member of the Party of National Work.
