Irina Beletskaya
Irina Petrovna Beletskaya is a professor of chemistry at Moscow State University. She specialises in organometallic chemistry and its application to problems in organic chemistry. She is best known for her studies on aromatic reaction mechanisms, as well as work on carbanion acidity and reactivity. She developed some of the first methods for carbon-carbon bond formation using palladium or nickel catalysts, and extended these reactions to work in aqueous media. She also helped to open up the chemistry of organolanthanides.

Brad Fiedel
Brad Ira Fiedel is an American composer of scores for film and television. Fiedel is best known for his collaborations with director James Cameron on The Terminator and its critically acclaimed sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day. On these scores he used a synthesizer heavy approach, but also composed a number for scores utilizing various acoustic instruments including full orchestra. He retired from scoring films in the late 90's and now focuses primarily on creating original musicals.

Māris Štrombergs
Māris Štrombergs is a former Latvian professional BMX racer. In the 2008 Summer Olympics he became the first Olympic champion in BMX cycling. Earlier that year he won the 2008 UCI BMX World Championships. In 2012 he prolonged his Olympic title by winning the gold medal in the London Olympics.
