Jerónimo Grimaldi, 1st Duke of Grimaldi
Pablo Jerónimo Grimaldi y Pallavicini, 1st Duke of Grimaldi, GE was a Spanish diplomat and politician. After extensive experience as an Ambassador, Grimaldi served as Chief Minister of Spain between 1763 and 1778 helping to rebuild Spanish power following its defeat during the Seven Years' War. For his services as Secretary of State, he was granted the title of Duke of Grimaldi by king Charles III of Spain. Grimaldi was of Italian descent, and a member of the House of Grimaldi.
Alexandre Debain
Alexandre-François Debain was a French inventor who developed the harmonium. He made a new action system, in which, when depressing a note on the keyboard, a valve opened thereby emitting sound from the instrument. He patented it in Paris in 1842.
Georges Cadoudal
Georges Cadoudal was a French sonneur and musician. Alongside Étienne Rivoallan, he formed a group of sonneurs dedicated to the revival of Breton music after World War II. A founding member of Bagad Bourbriac, he was its penn-soner from 1953 to 1964.
