Şaban Teoman Duralı was Turkish philosopher, thinker and academician, who was faculty at the Department of Philosophy, Ibn Haldun University. He wrote many articles and books and was widely published in areas such as history of philosophy, history of biology, linguistics, political philosophy and the philosophy of war.

Levent Açıkgöz is a retired Turkish footballer and football manager. Levent is best known for his association with Kardemir Karabükspor where he played with in the Süper Lig and TFF First League, and also begun his professional managerial career.

Emel Dereli is a Turkish female track and field athlete competing in shot put and occasionally in discus throw. For the shot put event, she holds a world record in the cadets and a national record in the juniors category. Since 2012, she is a member of Fenerbahçe Athletics. She is coached by İhsan Özden.
