Born in Greensboro, North Carolina, he played at the collegiate level for James Madison University and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where he graduated in 2007. Professionally, Miller played for London Capitals of the British Basketball League.

Theodore Sharp Ligety is an American alpine ski racer, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, and an entrepreneur, having cofounded Shred Optics. Ligety won the combined event at the 2006 Olympics in Turin and the giant slalom race at the 2014 Olympics in Sochi. He is also a five-time World Cup champion in giant slalom. Ligety won the gold medal in the giant slalom at the 2011 World Championships. He successfully defended his world title in giant slalom in 2013 in Schladming, Austria, where he also won an unexpected gold medal in the super-G and a third gold medal in the super combined. Through October, 2015, he has 25 victories and 52 podiums in World Cup competition.

In the same year, she would also appeared as a young girlfriend of Chadwick Boseman's last film Ma Rainey's Black Bottom (2020). Cynthia Ann Parker, also known as Naduah, was an American who was kidnapped in 1836, around age 10, by a Comanche war band which had attacked her family's settlement. Her Comanche name means "someone found".

Osceola, named Billy Powell at birth in Alabama, became an influential leader of the Seminole people in Florida. His mother was Muscogee, and his great-grandfather was a Scotsman, James McQueen. He was reared by his mother in the Creek (Muscogee) tradition. When he was a child, they migrated to Florida with other Red Stick refugees, led by a relative, Peter McQueen, after their group's defeat in 1814 in the Creek Wars. There they became part of what was known as the Seminole people.

Regan Smith is an American swimmer. She is the current world record holder of the women's 200-meter backstroke, and former world record holder in the 100-meter backstroke. She has a second world record as a part of the USA women's 4 x 100 medley relay. Smith qualified to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in two individual events representing the United States, the 100-meter backstroke and the 200-meter butterfly.
