Yukiko Motoya is a Japanese novelist, playwright, theatre director, and former voice actress. She has won numerous Japanese literary and dramatic awards, including the Akutagawa Prize, the Noma Literary New Face Prize, the Mishima Yukio Prize, the Kenzaburo Oe Prize, the Kishida Kunio Drama Award, and the Tsuruya Nanboku Drama Award. Her work has been adapted multiple times for film.

Miwako Ichikawa is a Japanese actress, sister of actress Mikako Ichikawa. She began in 1991 as a model, and released a single in 1998 and an album the following year. She debuted in acting in 2000 and immediately starred in the movies Another Heaven in 2000 and Konsento in 2001. But after that, she received minor roles in films All About Lily Chou-Chou, Karaoke Terror, Princess Raccoon, and in TV dramas, including Mike Hama or Anego with Ryoko Shinohara. She was given one of the main roles 2008 movie Nightmare Detective 2.

Ai Aoki is a Japanese politician and current member of the People's Life Party. She is a native of Tokyo and graduate of Chiba University. After a career in education, Aoki entered politics in 2003 and has served a total of four terms in the national Diet of Japan, having sat in the House of Representatives from 2003–2005 and 2009–2014, and a partial term in the House of Councillors from 2007–2009. Aoki was returned to the House of Councillors in the election held on 10 July 2016.

Osamu Akimoto is a Japanese manga artist from Katsushika, Tokyo. He is best known for his long-running comedy series KochiKame: Tokyo Beat Cops, which was continuously published in Weekly Shōnen Jump for 40 years from 1976 to 2016. With 1,960 chapters collected into 200 tankōbon volumes, it was awarded a Guinness World Record for "Most volumes published for a single manga series" in 2016. By February 2012, the series had sold over 155 million copies, making it one of the best-selling manga series in history.
