She served as party secretary of the Social Democrats from March 2011 until her resignation in August 2016 and previously served as Minister for International Development Cooperation in the Swedish Government between 2003 and 2006. She was a Member of the Riksdag from 2014 to 2017, representing Stockholm Municipality.

Catharina Sabine Maria Laurine Elmsäter-Svärd is a Swedish politician who was Minister for Infrastructure from 2010 to 2014. Per Nils Welinder is a Swedish entrepreneur and former professional skateboarder. During the 1980s he achieved international fame as a freestyle skater and was a leading member of the Powell-Peralta skate team known as the "Bones Brigade". He had a number of influential video parts with Powell during the 1980s, a series of signature models, and roles in several Hollywood movies. Welinder also has the unique distinction of being the only person to have ever beaten Rodney Mullen in a professional skate contest.
