Ismail Haniyeh
Ismail Abdel Salam Ahmed Haniyeh is a senior political leader of Hamas and formerly one of two disputed Prime Ministers of the Palestinian National Authority. Haniyeh became prime minister after Hamas won the Palestinian legislative elections of 2006. President Mahmoud Abbas dismissed Haniyeh from office on 14 June 2007 at the height of the Fatah–Hamas conflict, but Haniyeh did not acknowledge the decree and continued to exercise prime ministerial authority in the Gaza Strip. In September 2016, reports indicated Haniyeh would replace Khaled Meshaal as Chief of Hamas's Political Bureau. He was elected as Hamas political chief on 6 May 2017.

Aqel Biltaji
Aqel Biltaji is the former mayor of Amman. He was appointed by the government mayor of the Greater Amman Municipality in September 2013 until August 2017. He has occupied several positions over the course of his life, in Royal Jordaian Airlnes and most famously as Minister of Tourism and tourism adviser to King Abdullah II and as chief of Aqaba's city council. From 2002 to 2004 he was the first Chief Commissioner of the newly-created Aqaba Special Economic Zone.

Mahmoud al-Zahar
Mahmoud al-Zahar is a Palestinian politician. He is a co-founder of Hamas and a member of the Hamas leadership in the Gaza Strip. Since the formation of the Hamas/"Change and Reform" government in the Palestinian National Authority in March 2006, al-Zahar has served as foreign minister in the government of prime minister Ismail Haniyeh. Prior to that he was seen as a major candidate among the Hamas members elected to the Palestinian Legislative Council for prime minister, as he was at that time the most senior official within the organization. His son, a member of the Hamas military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, was killed by Israeli fire in Gaza on 5 January 2008.

Rawhi Fattouh
Rawhi Fattuh is the former Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council and was the interim President of the Palestinian Authority, following the death of Yasser Arafat on 11 November 2004 until January 15, 2005. Under Palestinian law, he was to hold the post for sixty days until an election was held. The elections were held and won by Mahmoud Abbas, who was sworn in on 15 January 2005. He was elected to the Central Committee of Fatah in December 2016.
Ali Hatem al-Suleiman
Ali Hatem Abd al-Razzaq Ali al-Suleiman al-Assafi al-Dulaimi is a Sunni sheikh in Anbar province. He is the former Emir of the Dulaim tribe, a position now held by his brother, Abdulrazzaq Hatem Abd al-Razzaq Ali al-Suleiman al-Assafi al-Dulaimi.
Ziad Abu Amr
Ziad Abu Amr is a Palestinian politician, author, and member of the Palestinian Legislative Council. He currently serves as the first Deputy Prime Minister and is a member (independent) of the PLO Executive Committee. From 18 March 2007 to 17 June 2007, he was Foreign Minister of the Palestinian National Authority. On 6 June 2013, Ziad Abu-Amr was appointed as Deputy Prime Minister of the Palestinian Authority by President Mahmoud Abbas.
